As we continue to expand, we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our automation suites, contribute to a high-impact QA team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Role Overview As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our testing frameworks. While the role is primarily automation-focused, manual testing will also be required in all sprints. You will join a QA team of three and take primary ownership of our automation efforts, ensuring efficiency and quality across our software development lifecycle. Key Responsbilities Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.Drive the automation strategy by enhancing and expanding automated testing suites.Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers for resolution.Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and transparency across teams. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in QA Engineering, with a focus on automation.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Pytest, Jira (or similar).Proficiency in scripting and automation frameworks.Experience working in Agile development environments.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working independently and within a team.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
