Feature Improvements
Non-Conformance Word Cloud Blacklist
The introduction of a “Blacklist” allows users to exclude specific words from their Non-Conformance Word Cloud.
Mandatory Assignee & Due Dates
Additional template settings have been added – you can now set the Assignee & Due Date fields for Non-Conformances / Tasks to be mandatory.
Assessment Percentage Grades
An additional sortable column has been added to the assessment list, displaying the percentage result for each assessment.
New Task Dashboard
You will see AuditComply’s “Home” now includes an additional Tasks dashboard. By adding this additional dashboard we aim to expand task reporting capabilities.
Filters & Reports
We’ve added a new filter that allows you to filter by category lists on our Dashboards, Non Conformance and Task lists . Per Audit Reports will also now include all Non-Conformances and Tasks.
Non-Conformance and Task List Export
The Non-Conformance and Task list CSV exports now include additional information such as the relevant requirement number, requirement detail and the unique requirement reference.
Asset Improvements
When assigning user/template permissions or reporting , we have now made it easier with the option to “Include Children” in your selection.
