A Growing Community
AuditComply is the new generation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) platforms, making Risk, Quality and Compliance more affordable and flexible whilst considerably improving and streamlining business processes worldwide. 2019 brought AuditComply multiple new customers across a range of industries, along with current customers expanding the use of our platform within their organization.
–Sysco Foods, the world’s largest foodservice leader was so impressed with the functionality of the platform, they decided to expand across 27 locations in its specialized meat division in the US and Canada in 2019, with other divisions to follow in 2020
–Avondale Foods is a fast-growing food manufacturer based in Northern Ireland supplying to the UK and Ireland’s leading grocery retailers. They adopted AuditComply this year to enhance their quality management system
-In the automotive industry, BMW onboarded AuditComply in 2019 as part of a broader supplier management program
–UKAS is the UK’s National Accreditation Body responsible for determining the technical competence and integrity of organizations such as those offering testing, calibration and certification services. Our ability to deliver user-requested features in such a short period of time is what made UKAS want to work with AuditComply

The Road to Innovation
AuditComply’s Daily Digest
This gives customers a head start on their day, saving time and effort. This new and improved functionality allows users to be informed daily on their tasks ahead. Daily Digest emails are personalized for each user. They arrive every morning and contain information about the status of overdue and upcoming Non-Conformances and/or scheduled assessments that a particular user is involved in.
Tasks
Allowing our customers to assign tasks or action items to users as well as Non-Conformances. Tasks have a similar workflow to Non-Conformances, complete with reminders, due dates and closeout.
Audit Review
The Audit Review function gives users the capability to review numerous reports on one screen, where they can close and sign off assessments in bulk. The feature allows users to add an extra level of approval to each report.

An endless supply of help to every aspect of our platform, a solution to all your problems. A smart help center that empowers you to tap into the minds of our support team.
Executive Reports
Now, users can easily consolidate lengthy reports. Summarize the important information, provide concise analysis and outline conclusions with ease. Construct bespoke reports and structure them to their needs using the fully customizable Executive Report builder.
AuditComply’s New Interface, Designed for the Future
As our customers evolve and grow, so do we! We have added an array of new features over the years, and in 2019, we changed our website design too!
Assets
This new feature allows you to assess, manage and report against any asset within your organization. With fully customizable asset profiles, an asset can any tangible or intangible resource ranging from a site or department to a vehicle or process. With this new structure, users have the ability to create a range of assets. This allows for a larger organizational structure than previously available with traditional Sites & Departments.
2019 Events & Awards
AuditComply was delighted to attend the FSB Business Awards 2019 this year where we won the ‘Digital Innovation Award’ and came runner up ‘Business & Product Innovation Award’. The FSB Business Awards recognize the finest businesses right across the UK, from every sector and industry.
On November 3rd, 2019, the AuditComply team flew from Ireland to San Antonio, Texas, for the SQF Conference 2019. With more than 1,000 attendees and 60 exhibiting companies, the event presented a unique educational and networking opportunities. The team was excited to demonstrate how AuditComply is revolutionizing the world of FSQA and Compliance Management.
